So we have 24 x 7 system administrators on staff who have all completed Red Hat Certified Engineer training, and who proactively monitor all the services on the servers. Our admins are very knowlegable in Linux, Windows, cPanel, Plesk, Fantastico, Rvskin, and networking - such as firewalls, routers and switches. In addition to our system admins, we also have a 24 x 7 sales and billing staff who are great at handling most general questions via our live chat.
